1. What Suefia Does

Suefia is a legal matching platform designed to help individuals describe legal issues, post case information, discover lawyers, and communicate with lawyers who may be interested in reviewing their matter.

Suefia is not a law firm. Suefia does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal opinions, or legal services. Suefia does not evaluate the legal strength of your case and does not decide whether any lawyer should represent you.

Our role is limited to helping users and lawyers connect through the platform.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using Suefia does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Suefia, or between you and any lawyer on the platform.

An attorney-client relationship may only be formed through a separate agreement between you and a lawyer. Suefia is not responsible for that agreement, the terms of representation, legal fees, legal strategy, or the outcome of any legal matter.

You should not rely on Suefia as a substitute for speaking directly with a qualified lawyer.

3. User Responsibilities

If you post a case or use Suefia to seek legal help, you are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of the information you provide.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, abusive, or irrelevant information. You should not post information that you are not legally allowed to share.

You are responsible for deciding whether a lawyer is appropriate for your matter. Suefia may help organize or categorize your case, but the final decision to contact, hire, or work with a lawyer is yours.

4. Lawyer Responsibilities

Lawyers who use Suefia are solely responsible for complying with all applicable professional, ethical, licensing, advertising, confidentiality, conflict-of-interest, and bar rules.

Lawyers are responsible for determining whether they are permitted to contact a user, review a case, offer legal services, or enter into an attorney-client relationship.

Suefia does not verify every lawyer's qualifications, legal standing, availability, or suitability for a specific matter unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Case Posting and Visibility

When you submit a case, Suefia may categorize it based on the type of legal help that appears relevant. Your case may then be shown to lawyers who practice in that legal category.

Suefia does not guarantee that your case will be seen by any specific lawyer, that a lawyer will respond, or that any lawyer will agree to represent you.

6. Communications Through Suefia

Suefia may allow users and lawyers to communicate through platform chat or other messaging tools.

Lawyers may contact a user directly through Suefia when the platform rules allow such contact, including when the lawyer is eligible to view and respond to the relevant case.

Messages exchanged on Suefia are for communication purposes only. Suefia is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or consequences of communications between users and lawyers.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Suefia does not guarantee legal representation, lawyer availability, case acceptance, settlement, compensation, court success, or any specific legal outcome.

Any decision made by a lawyer regarding your case is independent of Suefia.

8. No Emergency or Deadline Protection

Suefia is not an emergency legal service. If you have an urgent legal issue, court deadline, filing deadline, arrest, threat, eviction, immigration deadline, or other time-sensitive matter, you should contact a qualified lawyer immediately through appropriate channels.

Posting a case on Suefia does not pause, extend, or protect any legal deadline.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Suefia to:

• post false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
• harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate another person;
• upload harmful code, spam, or automated abuse;
• violate any law, court order, or third-party right;
• interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
• scrape, copy, or misuse platform data without permission;
• use Suefia for unlawful solicitation or unauthorized legal practice.

Suefia may suspend or remove accounts, cases, messages, or content that violate these Terms or harm the platform.

10. Fees and Paid Features

Suefia may offer free and paid features for users, lawyers, or other participants.

Any fees, subscription terms, billing rules, trial periods, renewals, or cancellation rights will be shown before purchase or subscription. Paid features do not guarantee case success, client acquisition, representation, or platform visibility unless specifically stated.

11. Platform Content and User Content

You retain responsibility for the information and content you submit to Suefia.

By submitting content, you give Suefia permission to use, store, display, process, categorize, transmit, and otherwise handle that content as needed to operate and improve the platform.

Suefia may remove content that appears inaccurate, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or harmful.

12. Privacy

Use of Suefia is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information submitted through the platform.

You should not submit information to Suefia unless you are comfortable with it being processed according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

Suefia may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk for other users, misused the platform, or acted unlawfully.

Users may also stop using Suefia at any time.

14. Disclaimers

Suefia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any lawyer profile, case category, communication, or platform result.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suefia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, legal loss, or damages arising from your use of the platform.

Suefia is not responsible for the conduct, advice, services, or decisions of lawyers or users on the platform.

16. Changes to These Terms

Suefia may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the platform or by other reasonable means.

Continued use of Suefia after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of [insert governing jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by applicable law.
