Depending on how you use Suefia, we may collect:

  • account type and role selection (for example, plaintiff or lawyer);
  • lawyer profile information, such as biography, headline, practice location, bar or licensing information, specialties, experience, education, CV/resume details, profile photo, rates, and contact details;
  • case submission details provided by plaintiffs, such as narrative descriptions, category selections, jurisdiction details, supporting facts, and documents or files uploaded to the platform;
  • messages and attachments exchanged through platform chat or messaging features;
  • support inquiries, feedback, and other communications sent to us;
  • marketing preferences and consent choices; and
  • information provided when signing in through third-party identity providers.

6. AI-assisted processing
