Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like Suefia to delete your account and personal data, you can request deletion by following the instructions below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to dekemvri (at) gmail.com with the subject line:

Data Deletion Request

In your email, include:

• your full name;
• the email address used for your Suefia account;
• whether you signed up with Facebook, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or email/password; and
• a short statement that you want your Suefia account and associated personal data deleted.

What we will delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, subject to any data we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

What may be retained

In some cases, we may retain limited information where required to:

• comply with legal obligations;
• complete billing, accounting, or tax recordkeeping;
• detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• resolve disputes or enforce our agreements; or
• maintain internal suppression records so a deleted account is not unintentionally recreated.

Facebook Login users

If you created or accessed your Suefia account through Facebook Login, you may also remove Suefia from your Facebook account settings. Removing Suefia from Facebook does not by itself guarantee deletion of data already stored by Suefia, so you should still send the deletion request email described above.

Processing time

We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the requester’s identity.
